What is Commit.LiveTM?
Commit.LiveTM is GreyAtom’s in-house, cloud-based training platform. You will not only access learning material here, but you will also write, test, and submit codes on this platform.

What is Github and why do I need a Github account to sign up to Commit.LiveTM?
Github is a platform where programming enthusiasts and professionals upload their work and showcase their skills. We require our learners to create a Github account and use it to work on Commit.LiveTM. This means that all your codes and associated metrics are posted to Github instantaneously, thus, building your portfolio as you learn.

Can I code on the web app version of Commit.LiveTM?
No, but this feature is coming up shortly . For now, you will have to download and install Commit.LiveTM on your machine to code. Follow these easy steps and you are all set up.

• On the homepage, click on ‘program’ in the menu.
• On the task list, look for the module entitled ‘Getting started with Commit.Live.’
• Click on the module to expand it.
• In the dropdown section, click on ‘1.1 Get started’ and scroll down to the ‘download’ section and follow through with the directions.
