Predict if the client would subscribe to a term deposit based on a marketing campaign

  • Student Management System – You will create a student management system for a university. You will build this system using basic Python operations.
  • Spy Games – You will decipher a message that you will receive from an intel. You will have multiple text files that need to be read and have certain operations performed to get our final message.
  • Analyzing Weather Data Set – You will apply all the numpy and pandas skills learned so far to do data analysis and identify any trend using the Matplotlib library.
  • Analyzing Movie Data Set – You will explore the movie dataset and find some movies with high ratings.Your goal is to analyze the data and suggest English movies with high-ratings
  • Olympics Data Analysis – Throughout this project, you will explore the Olympics dataset, look at some interesting statistics and then try to find out which country is the King of the Olympic Games.
  • Extracting Business Insights – Apply your knowledge of Descriptive Statistics & Probability to get meaningful insights out of the dataset that specifically focuses on the Banking, Debt, Financial, Inflation and Systemic Crises.
  • FIFA Project – You will use data analytics techniques find out the best squad for the upcoming football championship.
  • Employee Compensation Analysis – You will predict the total compensation based on a database of the salary and benefits paid to City employees since fiscal year 2013.
  • Lending Club Loan Prediction – The data contains loan data for the loans issued and latest payment information. Your aim here is to predict the loan status (Whether the loan is fully paid or not?)

What will we cover

Takeaway: • Build your first ML regression model for predicting the price of a house. – 2 hr

Week #1 Day #2 – Introduction to programming with Python

Takeaway: • Take your first steps through the introduction to python programming language – 2 hr

Week #2 Day #2 – Data Wrangling with Pandas

Takeaway: • Understand how to wrangle data and get insights using the python pandas library. – 2 hr

Week #3 Day #2 – Descriptive Stats for Data Analysis

Takeaway: • Get summarized insights of your data using various measures like mean, mode etc. – 2 hr

Week #4 Day #2 – Machine Learning – 2 (Classification)

The workshop starts on Saturday, 6th February and will go on for the next 3 weeks. The LIVE sessions will start at 8:00 AM every weekend.

Pre-recorded videos are great but don’t give the same effect as Live mentoring. There will be LIVE sessions everyday at 8:00 PM where the mentor will help build your project.
